Tecuani is a contemporary piece of Mexican theatre combining movement, mask, voice, spatial design, and virtual technologies. The work reimagines the future through a reclamation of indigenous culture and language, offering audiences a powerful sensory experience.

Design a marketing campaign for Tecuani that honoured its cultural depth while resonating with broad audiences. The visuals needed to reflect the production’s immersive nature and rich blend of traditional and futuristic elements.

Creative Direction:
The visual identity drew inspiration from the duality of past and future. Organic and urban textures, earthy tones, and symbolic typography were combined with clean modern layouts to reflect both ancestral roots and digital innovation. Photography emphasised movement, emotion, and spatial layering to echo the immersive nature of the show.
